di:ga worked with the newly formed Coalition for Global Prosperity in the run up to their 2018 launch to develop messaging and help build support for continued British leadership on international development. We drew up a list of media to invite the launch, and promoted it to other outlets after the event. Our efforts resulted in coverage in The Times, Politico, the New Statesman, Daily Mail, Evening Standard and the Express, as well as lively engagement on Twitter.
We also supported media outreach around other events, including at schools and in supportive MPs' constituencies, resulting in postive and influential local coverage. We advised the CEO ahead of key speeches and interviews, and helped develop a robust Q&A for the organisation. We also helped write and place op-eds from CGP supporters on the importance of British leadership on aid and development.
