Rebecca has over 15 years' experience in media and communications within the charity and public sectors, working on stories as diverse as the restoration of London landmark Nelson's Column for the Mayor of London to the impact of the Syria crisis on children for Unicef UK.
She started her career at the UK's Department of Health and the Royal Society, before moving into international development at Oxfam, where she worked as a press officer covering humanitarian emergencies.
She has recently completed a six-month course in strategic social media management. She enjoys getting out into the countryside with her two small children and runs a local children's nature club.
